Within a defined geography, the Nursing Home Administrator/Consultant is passionate about patient care and catalyzes the execution of best-in-class skilled nursing center operating practices to nursing centers located within the market. You will travel to nursing centers within the market to provide direct guidance and relief to Nursing Home Administrators and contribute to each nursing centers' success through tactical immersion into their workflow and initiatives as identified by the market President. Position HighlightsPosition reports to Market President *Leverage knowledge and experience to enhance and innovate nursing center operations to position the market for performance achievement and competitive differentiation. *Encourage collaboration within the market through critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution to enhance nursing home administrator outcome ownership and operational achievement.Identify the needs of market nursing centers in order to deploy appropriate performance improvement strategies and tactics and communicate to market Nursing Home Administrators for collaborative follow-up.Seek and research continuously industry and market best practices to strengthen skilled nursing operations.Render on-site survey support as necessary before, during, and after completion and assists in the execution of plans of correctionPerform environmental rounds and implement action plans relative to life-safety and capital improvementServe as temporary Nursing Home Administrator in nursing centers with vacancies, leaves of absence, vacations, or other extenuating circumstances*Leverage and apply employee retention tools and market resources to ensure nursing centers are decreasing turnover and improving retention.
