Genesis Healthcare HRIS Specialist- HR Analytics in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
The HR Data Analyst provides support to Leaders withrespect to continuous process improvement using statistical analysis. This position willserve as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Systems and Operations tosupport HR projects and operational initiatives. The incumbent of this position usesworkforce analytics to support company-wide strategies. Works closely with the HRISDirector to present data in a meaningful way to company leaders and HR support staffand to explore ways in which technology can facilitate overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
Ability to determine key business questions related to hr
Accessing hr data and ability to synthesize data across systems
Provide organization with relevant and timely data
Evaluate data and develop the correct indicators and metrics
Must possess three years of experience working in a corporate human resourcedepartment, or other similar experience resulting in a good general understanding ofHR functions.6. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.7. A good understanding of PeopleSoft HR and benefit applications, preferred8. Must possess excellent computer skills, a working knowledge of databases and theability to work under tight deadlines.
