Directly impact your assigned Divisions' skilled nursing centers' and assisted living communities' P-L through the development, implementation and management of sales and marketing strategies to meet total census and revenue goals. Position HighlightsVisible position that fosters a strong and collaborative partnership with the Division Vice President of Operations to identify Division total census and census mix barriers and professional and community sales opportunities.Lead, guide and direct Division Clinical Admissions Directors employees and supervise Center Admissions staff through a dotted-line relationship, to accomplish Q-mix and census goals.Consult, market and educate key audiences, including hospital, payor, and community agencies responsible for assessing and routing customer referrals, about Genesis. Four-year degree required. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Health Care Management is preferred. Five to 7 years' experience in healthcare industry required and regional healthcare market experience is preferred. Multi-facility management experience or health care product or service sales Experience is preferred. Must be flexible in scheduling priorities and be able to travel as needed. A valid driver's license is required.
